To our knowledge a matched pair of gloves have never been offered for sale. This pair was designed for astronaut Ed Lu and was obtained from the Johnson Space Center (JSC), in original inventory bag.

This is the restraint layer of a spacesuit glove from the Shuttle and International Space Station eras. This glove fits over the plastic bladder layer that holds oxygen inside and restrains the interior from ballooning under pressurization. One can see the pulley and metal restraint system that allows for a tight fit of the glove. The fingertips have patches of Kevlar for strength and tactile sense. A white cover layer with finger heaters and added protection normally fits on the outside of the spacesuit glove.
